Shipping Policy

Every Vincere order is packed by hand in Toronto and shipped with full tracking. Below is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. During launch periods and limited run releases, orders ship in the sequence they are received. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within Canada. Orders of $150 or more ship free. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate of $12. All orders ship via Canada Post with tracking included, and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. These time frames are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Vincere Bikinis is not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. If you notice an error, contact us at info@vincerebikinis.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us at info@vincerebikinis.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue. For damage claims, please retain the original packaging.

Exchanges and Refunds

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final once an order has shipped, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on shipped orders, including size exchanges. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside Canada. International shipping, including to the United States, is planned for a future release. Join our mailing list to be notified when it becomes available.
